✅ Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your initial purchase.

  • To qualify, you must provide proof of purchase (order number or payment receipt).

  • Refunds are only issued if the service does not work and our technical support team cannot resolve the issue.

  • No refunds will be given for:

    • Incorrect setup caused by customer error.

    • Incompatibility with unsupported devices.

    • Poor internet connection on the customer’s side.

🚫 Non-Refundable Cases

  • Subscription renewals are non-refundable once activated.

  • Misuse, account sharing, or violation of our terms of service voids eligibility for refunds.

  • Trial or promotional plans are not refundable.

💳 Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

⚠️ Important: As our product is a digital IPTV subscription, no physical returns are required. Access may be revoked immediately once a refund is approved.
